When will I receive my order?
Once we have prepared and packed your parcel, you will receive a notification from us with all relevant details, including tracking information. In case of GLS home delivery or delivery to a pickup point, the parcel is usually handed over within 2–8 business days. For GLS parcel lockers, the same timeframe applies, although delivery time may be influenced by locker capacity. For delivery to a Packeta parcel locker, the shipping time is generally between 4–9 business days.
Are the models factory sealed?
All models are new, however they are not always factory sealed. There may be several reasons for this. Some models are opened only for photography purposes and are then carefully repacked in a way that closely resembles the original factory packaging.
For models that were originally magazine attachments (manufacturers: Edicola, Altaya, Hachette), it is common for the cardboard backing to separate from the blister. For safety reasons, these are often stapled together to protect the model.
Blister-packed models remain factory sealed (Matchbox, Hot Wheels, Greenlight, etc.).
Can display cases have scratches?
Lower-priced display cases that are not individually boxed are typically received from wholesalers with the transparent covers inserted ten pieces into each other, without additional protection. Therefore, minor scratches may frequently occur.
If you are looking for a flawless, premium-quality display case, we recommend choosing models packed in individual cardboard boxes.
Why are there stickers on the models?
In accordance with legal requirements, we must indicate our company as the official distributor in Hungary on each product. We always try to place the stickers in a position that minimizes any impact on the model’s value.
How can the stickers be removed?
The easiest way to remove stickers is by using a hair dryer. From a distance of a few centimeters, gently heat the sticker and it can usually be removed easily without tearing.
Sticker removal sprays are also available in stores and can be used effectively.
Are model cars toys for children?
Parents often purchase 1:43 scale or larger models for children aged 2–6 years. While the models can handle gentle rolling, children of this age often push them while leaning their body weight onto the car. The delicate wheels and suspensions may not withstand such pressure.
